At K and K Creative Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a toy doesn't spark the joy you expected, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain in giftable condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
